Your Role As the Senior Network Architect Manager, you will spearhead the architecture, engineering, and operational support of the company's global network infrastructure. Your mission is to ensure stability, performance, and scalability. This role blends advanced design, planning, implementation, and troubleshooting of network systems with leadership responsibilities. You will align technical capabilities with business goals, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliance with security and performance standards. What You Need to Succeed *Leadership & Team Management: Direct and manage the Network Architecture and Operations Teams. Supervise and mentor network engineers and operations associates, fostering professional development and acting as the primary escalation point for technical issues. *Network Design & Engineering: Design, plan, and implement network projects. Develop and enforce network architecture, standards, and policies. Conduct capacity planning and network analysis to ensure scalability and reliability. *Operations & Compliance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of the WAN and LAN infrastructure. Monitor network performance, enforce information security policies, and participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning. *Vendor & Project Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, manage network-related projects, and provide status updates to IT leadership. *Documentation & Training: Maintain network information repositories and develop training and documentation services. Skills and Experience *Experience: Strong background in managing network infrastructure in mid-to-large enterprises, supervising network architecture and operations teams, and ensuring network security. *Certifications: Cisco CCNP/CCIE and/or Cisco CCDP preferred; equivalent experience considered. *Technical Skills: Expertise in WAN/LAN technologies, VoIP, firewalls, network monitoring systems, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. Proficient in data communications, hardware/software integration, and troubleshooting complex network issues.
