Job Description
The Invoicing and Accounts Assistant role is initially a temporary contract for 6 months which could be extended. The role will be full time office based in Macclesfield- reporting to the Finance Supervisor key responsibilities will include
3. Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
4. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
5. Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
6. Support the Accounting & Finance team with month-end and year-end reporting tasks.
7. Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
8. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
10. Respond to client and internal queries related to invoicing and accounts.
The Successful Applicant
In order to apply for the role you should:
11. Have Experience working within a fast-paced office environment is essential- ideally in finance or admin
12. Strong Administrative background is essential
13. Be able to commute full time to Macclesfield office
14. Be able to consider a temporary contract initially
