I am recruiting for an ER Specialist to join a well-established care provider, taking the lead on employee relations across multiple sites. This newly created role will work closely with senior leadership and home managers, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and ER case management.\n\nSalary: Up to £60,000 DOE\n\nRole: On-site in Harrow / Remote across Care Home sites\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead on all employee relations matters, including grievance, disciplinary, absence management, and performance issues.\nCoach and develop home managers and business support teams in HR best practice.\nDeliver HR training and workshops to upskill key stakeholders.\nWork on strategic HR projects including retention, engagement, and Investors in People initiatives.\nProvide HR support on organisational change and policy development.\nCollaborate with leadership to improve HR processes and compliance.\n\nRequirements:\n\nStrong experience in employee relations, ideally in a multi-site environment.\nExcellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.\nAbility to work at both an operational and strategic level.\nExperience within the care sector is highly desirable.\nCIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites as required.\n\nRemuneration:\n\nUp to £60,000 DOE\n\nFor more information, please contact Lisa Miller-Kirwan at Bright Selection Ltd.\n\nBright Selection advertises roles on behalf of our clients.
