Are you a IT Service Desk professional who is Interested in a 4 day working week? Well this could be an excellent opportunity for you.


We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused ICT Service Desk Analyst to join a friendly and supportive ICT team within a leading housing association in the North East.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around one to two years of IT support experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues across the organisation, helping to keep our systems running smoothly and resolving issues quickly and effectively. From managing incidents and service requests to supporting hardware deployment and maintaining key systems, every day brings variety and the chance to make a real difference.


You’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies, including Microsoft Windows environments, telephony systems and end user computing tools, while gaining exposure to wider digital transformation projects. We’re looking for someone who’s confident managing their own workload, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering great customer service. An ITIL qualification or similar knowledge would be beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
