We are acting on an exclusive and confidential basis for a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Cheltenham, which is looking to appoint a Litigation Solicitor as part of its continued and carefully managed growth.

The Role
The firm is open on level and welcomes applications from any qualified solicitor, provided they have experience handling civil litigation matters. The caseload is broad and engaging, offering real variety and the chance to develop expertise organically.
Typical work will include:
* General civil and commercial litigation
* Property-related disputes
* Contractual disputes
* Landlord and tenant matters (a key area of focus, though not essential)
* Acting for a mix of private individuals and business clients
