We're working with a growing care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for one of their well-established nursing homes. They are committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Responsibilities:
1. Lead, motivate, and support care and nursing teams to deliver safe, person-centred care
2. Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
3. Oversee daily operations, staffing, rotas, and budgets
4. Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing, engaged team
5. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders
6. Develop and monitor personalised care plans, audits, and risk assessments
7. Drive continuous improvement and uphold quality standards across the service
Candidate Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC registration or Level 5 in Health and Social Care
* Successful experience as a Registered Home Manager, ideally with turnaround achievements and 'Good' or 'Outstanding' CQC results
* Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations, safeguarding, and compliance
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team
* Confident in financial and operational management, including budgeting and resource planning
* Committed to delivering the highest standards of elderly care
