Do you have restaurant experience? Are you ready for a Supervisory role?
As the Breakfast Supervisor you will take a lead role on the restaurant floor, ensuring breakfast is served efficiently, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the team is delivering excellent service to all our guests. You will also work closely with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge, as well as maintaining health and safety standards and completing shift duties such as opening checks.
This role involves working early morning shifts including weekends on a rota basis.
Responsibilities
* Take a lead role on the restaurant floor, ensuring breakfast is served efficiently and the environment is clean and welcoming.
* Work with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge, maintaining health and safety standards and completing shift duties (e.g., opening checks).
Qualifications
* You have recent restaurant or hospitality experience and ideally some experience of supervising others
* You are confident and guest focused and through an intuitive approach deliver exceptional levels of guest service, making everyone feel welcome
* You are an excellent organiser, with a professional attitude and are able to delegate to others effectively
* You are familiar with food safety, COSHH and health & safety procedures, or open to learning through training
