About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Joiner to work on social housing properties across North Yorkshire, based in Harrogate. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive individual with strong joinery skills and a background in property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out kitchen installations, bathroom work, and flooring remedial.
* Install and maintain fire doors and complete general joinery maintenance tasks
* Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
* Report daily to the manager on progress and any issues
* Deliver high-quality workmanship and a high level of customer service
Requirements
* Proven joinery experience in maintenance (essential)
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Must have own van and tools
* Full UK driving licence (Ideally Clean)
* No formal qualifications required, but practical experience is essential.
