Preferred Experience:
* Curtainside Trailers
* General Haulage
* Ratchet Strapping
** You must hold a valid LGV/HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, hold a UK digital tachograph card and a full DQC (CPC card) **
Role involves:
* Ensuring vehicles comply with legal requirements, reporting issues to your DC team
* Ensure the security and accuracy of delivery of the loads in your charge
* Following delivery instructions accurately and effectively
* Drive in a safe and efficient manner
* Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
Rates:
Nights
* £155.35 per shift (10 hours) – Weekdays
* £166.32 per shift (10 hours) – Saturdays
* £158.15 per shift (10 hours) – Sundays
* Enhanced Rates after 10 hours: £17.60 per hour
* up to £5 per Day Meal Allowance (Tax Free)
Estimated Annual Gross Earnings:
* Monday to Friday Nights: c. £41,600 + Bonuses
Bonuses:
* SAFED Fuel Bonus (up to £4.50 per shift)
* Pallet Bonus
