Why this job matters: You’ll be the source of truth for Digital Workplace trading and activity, developing and tracking commercial interventions to influence performance and positively impact the P&L. The scope of the role covers SMB as well as BT's largest private sector and public sector customers in the UK.
Responsibilities
* Within the Digital Workplace trading team you will be responsible for IP Voice trading, providing subject matter expertise and partnering
* Report on trading activity and performance
* Conduct performance analysis, both historic and future-facing
* Work collaboratively with other teams to develop and track commercial interventions, optimising performance
* Drive consistent interpretation, narrative, and associated actions around trading performance
* Ensure strong governance for all relevant commercial trading
* Develop deep knowledge of trading dynamics

Qualifications
* Commercial management within this industry and market, demonstrating strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
* Successful track record of adding value to a commercial segment P&L. Defining and leading trading interventions across field, desk and 3rd party sales channels (as appropriate).
* Effective collaboration with internal and external partners, successfully delivering large scale commercial plans and trading interventions.
* Successful partnership working with sales leaders in a high challenge high support environment.
