Global Service Desk Lead - Glasgow - Permanent role - £65K - offset hours: 12.30 - 9pm 5dpw
An opportunity to join a fast paced organisation and take responsibility for their global support desk, based out of the UK and US.
You'll combine team management with some hands on capability, taking escalations and helping the team resolve first and second line issues as quickly as possible. The role is roughly 70% management and 30% hands on, and experience in Microsoft environments and with ServiceNow would be ideal.
The team is split across a number of time zones; primarily the US and UK, and the role is based in Glasgow with hours to enable active management of teams in both locations; you'll work 12.30 - 9 5 days a week. The role is hybrid; you'll need to be in the office a day a week and can work from home the remainder of the time.
You'll need a demonstrable background in leading and improving service desk teams. This is an opportunity for a proactive, ambitious service desk lead to own and shape a team which plays a crucial part in supporting the business across the world.
