The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
10. A Degree in Pharmacy and registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
11. Experience in managing a team within a pharmacy setting
12. Knowledge of the retail industry and excellent customer service skills
13. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
