Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located at Sale with a realistic OTE of up to £28,000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
1. Registering buyers & applicants on to an electronic database.
2. Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
3. Handling inbound leads through various property portals.
4. Providing constructive and informative feedback to Vendors.
5. Generating and negotiating offers to get sales and lets agreed.

1. Previous sales experience.
2. A natural selling ability.
3. Excellent communication skills & Customer Service experience.
4. Articulate & a strong negotiator.
