ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a senior appointment within an established and successful property litigation team advising a broad mix of commercial, institutional and private clients. The successful candidate will lead on complex matters from instruction through to resolution, while also playing a key role in the continued development of the practice. Alongside fee:earning responsibilities, you will supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives, and help drive the team's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex property litigation matters
- Advise across commercial, institutional and private client disputes
- Handle landlord and tenant issues, commercial property disputes and residential matters
- Support strategic growth of the property litigation offering
- Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members
- Maintain and develop client relationships
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' PQE with practicing rights
- Strong technical expertise in property litigation
- Experience handling complex and high:value disputes
- Commercially aware with strong client management skills
- Background advising on landlord and tenant, commercial and residential property disputes
- Suitable for an existing Partner or senior lawyer seeking partnership
