Job summary Albion Mill is an Intermediate Care facility based in Blackburn with Darwen. Our patients present with a combination of physical, psychological and cognitive impairments requiring the support of a dedicated MDT committed to supporting them to achieve their optimum level of independence. We are based within a new facility which also offers Extra Care Accommodation and a vibrant Community Hub with a full range of services right in the heart of Ewood, Blackburn.
