Yorkare Homes is seeking a York/Leeds Area Manager.
Yorkare Homes is an award-winning, family-run care provider with 9 locations offering residential and dementia care. The company has received three Best New Care Homes awards in the UK and numerous Outstanding ratings from CQC. Our goal is to provide outstanding care in a luxurious environment.
The successful candidate will assist the Operations Director and Registered Managers in managing care homes in the York/Leeds area, oversee the commissioning of new care homes, develop current and future Registered Managers, maintain quality through audits, and strive to improve resident care.
Applicants should possess a strong work ethic, high standards, and experience in care home management. Regional manager experience is not essential.
