Are you an experienced Neuropsychologist or Clinical Psychologist with a passion for Neurorehabilitation? You’ll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that empowers residents to achieve their rehabilitation goals in a truly person-centred environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver complex psychological and neuropsychological assessments and interventions for adults with neurological injuries and conditions
* Lead on psychological input within a multidisciplinary team, under the supervision of the Clinical Lead
* Design and implement tailored rehabilitation programmes for residents
* Provide expert neuropsychological advice to colleagues, supporting diagnosis and care planning
* Undertake risk assessments relating to cognition and behaviour, and develop management plans for the team
* Supervise and support Assistant Psychologists and other therapy team members delivering psychologically based treatments
What We’re Looking For
* HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, Neuropsychologist
* Desirable: 3-5 years’ experience in a clinical setting, ideally with a neuropsychology focus
* Strong experience working with individuals with complex, specialist needs and acquired or traumatic brain injuries
* Understanding of statutory duties in social care
* Excellent communication, risk assessment, and leadership skills
* Compassionate, team-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
