Rota-based shiftsand weekends
Pay:£12.71 p/hr - on days shifts
Weekends - £13.21 p/hr
Nights - £13.21 p/hr
If you do "sleep in's" on the night shift you will be paid £21.21 p/hr
Induction & Initial Shifts:
Induction and initial shifts will take place in Stoke (ST4). Once you have been fully trained you will transition to Crewe. During the first few weeks, shifts may be split between Stoke and Crewe.
In this role you will be required to:
1. Provide day-to-day, person-centred support to individuals with Autism and mental health needs, in line with individual support plans
2. Support service users with daily routines, including morning and evening support, personal care (where required), and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment
