Brook Street are offering an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to help learners aged 16-19 throughout their training programme. You will play an important role in supporting them with their progress towards achieving their learning outcomes.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated and be able to take a flexible approach. You will have good organisations and communication skills and experience working with young people in a classroom setting or learning environment. You will be able to empower others and demonstrate a commitment to fostering growing.

The Role:
1. Help students when needed so they can finish the work given by their tutors.
2. Support the teaching of different learning programs and make sure students stay involved.
3. Keep students interested and motivated during lessons, and make sure they complete their work.
