We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Assistant Boutique Manager to play a leading role in the success of the team by supporting the Boutique Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Creativity is our day-to-day. From the signature Hand and Arm massage to hosting wedding consultations, floral crowns, graffiti artists, chocolate tasting, and cocktail master classes, our services and events are the talk of the town. As Assistant Boutique Manager, your role will also be to elevate these in-store events and draw success from them. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store.

Qualifications
* Proven retail experience at Supervisor level or above, preferably in beauty
* Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
* Experience in creating and executing in-store events
* Experience coaching/mentoring others
* Drive to meet sales and customer service targets
* Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
* Flexible availability across days/hours
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Proof of right to work in the country
