About the role
As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our professional development training workshops and consulting projects. You'll manage the end-to-end logistics lifecycle – from confirming work to post-event follow-up – with a strong focus on our Tier 1 clients.
You'll collaborate closely with delivery teams, clients, and venue partners, while also mentoring Operations Coordinators to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
* Venue & Logistics Management: manage and negotiate venue bookings for in-person workshops and events, ensuring they reflect our brand, accommodate our needs and help to deliver great client experiences.
* Client Experience: Take ownership of the delegate journey, ensuring all client-facing touchpoints are professional, clear, and seamless.
* Collaboration: Partner with Delivery and Client Service teams to deliver flawless workshops and events, ensuring the flow of information enables successful project execution
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement ways to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
* Financial Oversight: Support with budgeting, supplier negotiations, and invoice approvals.
* Mentoring & Coaching: Support Operations Coordinators, guiding them in problem-solving and process improvement.
About You:
* Proven experience in event or client logistics.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
* A customer-first mindset, with the confidence to manage Tier 1 client experiences.
* Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and growth.
