The Role
As a Client Development Director, you will nurture and grow our largest and most strategic accounts internationally, focusing on revenue and profit growth. Your responsibilities include developing sales strategies for active and inactive accounts, securing profitable business, and expanding service offerings. This involves networking, marketing activities, competitive analysis, preparing presentations and proposals, and client meetings. Creating strategic and tactical plans to identify and close solutions-based business opportunities within the company's broad range of services, especially around market conditions, will be crucial.
Since you'll handle 12 to 18-month sales cycles and manage multi-million revenue accounts, only candidates with a strong solutions sales background will be considered. You will also provide feedback to the team to ensure consistent service standards.
