ICP Scientist

Our client is looking or an ICP Scientist to join their expanding team in Gloucestershire.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the development and optimisation of analytical methods, including validation studies and literature reviews
•Ensure the maintenance and troubleshooting of key instruments, particularly ICP-OES and ICP-MS
•Create and improve SOPs and supporting documentation
•Deliver technical training to employees and clients
•Contribute to internal audits, technical reviews, and non-conformance resolution
•Monitor and assess emerging technologies and industry developments
Requirements:
•A degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline with post-graduation experience in chemical or analytical sciences.
•Expert knowledge of ICP-OES and ICP-MS maintenance and troubleshooting.
•Demonstrated experience in method validation under ISO 17025 standards.
