The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury, to join us as a Sales Consultant at our Heathrow, World Duty Free terminal counters. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Please note that World Duty Free operates from 5am to 11pm, so shift times may vary to meet business needs.

As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge. Using a personalized selling approach, you will manage the customer journey from start to finish, including offering sensorial experiences such as fragrance consultations and hand and arm massages. You will also assist with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.

We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a positive, can-do attitude. A high standard of personal grooming, a passion for luxury, and alignment with our brand values are essential. You should work well in a team, be motivated to achieve store and personal KPIs, and be flexible to meet business requirements.
