The Role
* Act as the main point of contact between customers, warranty providers, and repair agents
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely updates and solutions
* Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
* Interpret customer concerns and provide clear guidance to resolve issues
* Keep customers fully informed throughout the process to ensure satisfaction
About You
? Experience in a busy customer service role (motor trade experience desirable)
? Excellent PC, telephone, and administration skills
? Confident, personable, and able to build long-term customer relationships
? Clear communicator, even when explaining technical or complex information
? Resilient, adaptable, and proactive in finding solutions
? Technical awareness or knowledge of vehicles is an advantage
