About the Role:
* Full-time position supporting multiple primary schools across Rotherham
* Covering Teaching Assistant absences on a day-to-day and short-term basis
* Working with pupils in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
* Supporting learning in the classroom, as well as delivering targeted interventions
* Assisting teachers in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within primary education
* A flexible and proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly
* Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
* Confident communicator with strong teamwork skills
