Our client, a global asset management firm, is seeking to recruit a Portfolio Implementation Analyst to join the Global Fixed Income investment team. The purpose of this role is to support Portfolio Managers with the active management of Global Fixed Income portfolios.
The successful candidate will work closely with Portfolio Managers and Traders to ensure timely and efficient execution of investment strategies across client portfolios. Responsibilities will include day-to-day portfolio management activities such as rebalancing portfolios, market price movements, managing cash positions, monitoring risk and analysing portfolio performance.
Candidate Requirements:
* 3-8 years of relevant portfolio implementation experience
* Demonstrate sound working knowledge of fixed income markets
* Strong academic credentials
* Excellent quantitative and numerical skills, with advanced proficiency Excel
* Experience using Python or VBA would be hugely advantageous
* Professional qualifications such as CFA are desirable
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Team player who enjoys working in a collegiate culture
