Building Maintenance Technician
Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (1-hour unpaid break)
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum

Overview
We are recruiting a reliable and hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to join a busy site in Marlow.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a proactive attitude and strong all-round maintenance skills to support the upkeep of both the building and surrounding grounds.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and professional environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out general building maintenance and repairs
2. Complete routine inspections (communal areas, plant rooms, lighting, fire systems)
3. Respond to maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
