Digital Learning /HR Project Manager
12 month FTC – immediate start
3 days in the office –
Role Description;
To lead the design, implementation, and management digital learning strategy.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a digital learning strategy aligned with our clients organisational goals
* Select, implement, and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools and platforms.
* Design and curate high-quality eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning solutions using instructional design best practices.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify learning needs and advise, translate and communicate them into effective digital solutions.
* Oversee the production of digital learning content, including video, interactive modules, and assessments.
Experience & Qualifications required to succeed:
* Proven experience in Instructional Design, Human Resources, L&D or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or L&D..
* Strong knowledge of LMS platforms /worked on s RFP
* Proven ability to lead digital learning projects with cross business teams end-to-end.
* Experience with learning analytics and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
