Position Summary
Senior Project Manager responsible for delivering major Education sector projects across Reading and surrounding region. Projects include new schools, university campuses, major refurbishments, research centres, and specialist teaching facilities for both public and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
Full responsibility for delivering multiple projects from pre-contract through to completion and final account. Full client ownership, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing all aspects of project delivery. Active role in business development and client engagement, representing the company at networking events and contributing to the growth within the Reading and Thames Valley education sector.
Qualifications
* Hold a relevant degree and ideally be Chartered (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent)
* Have experience operating at Senior Project Manager level within a consultancy environment
* Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering property/building projects, ideally within the education sector
* Be confident managing projects from pre-contract through to completion
* Possess excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
