Job Description
What you’ll do
Our care assistants support clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes by following individual care plans. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet), supporting medication management, and helping with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
