RobLawMax is New Zealand's leading construction recruitment company.
We are looking to engage with Client-side Project Managers based in the UK- who are planning to relocate to New Zealand in the next eighteen months.
We have a 40 year history of supporting the New Zealand Construction industry & these roles the company has hired a number of people from the UK and Ireland with good success. We have a Senior Consultant travelling to the UK in September to meet prospective hires.
If you are a Project Manager with the following attributes, please get in touch:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in Client-side Project Management
* Ideally industry experience as Engineer/Architect/Main Contractor prior to Client Side PM
* Large scale Civil or Commerical Construction project experience- Hospital, High-rise, Data Centre favoured
* Strong employment tenures
* Degree qualified in a Architecture / Construction / Engineering or related field
* High EQ & stakeholder engagement skills
Please note:
We expect applicants to have already carried out a good amount of research into relocating to New Zealand, in terms of costs, visas, timescale, practicality and eligibility. The full cost and logistics of the move must be driven by the applicant. Some costs and visa assistance will be provided by the employer, but applicants must be aware that this opportunity should not be seen as an all expenses paid trip to the other side of the world for a year to see what it's like. We only want to engage with those who see it as a long term, permanent move.
