2nd Line Support Engineer Responsibilities
* Deliver end-user support and manage technical issues.
* Set up and maintain hardware, software, and user access.
* Monitor systems, resolve faults, and uphold security standards.
* Assist with server, cloud, and infrastructure upgrades.
* Maintain documentation, coordinate with vendors, and support team goals.
Skills & Experience Required
* Technical support experience across desktop, network, and infrastructure.
* Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft systems, including cloud and virtual.
* Ability to manage service requests, maintaining secure, stable systems.
* Communication skills, attention to detail, and collaborative working style.
* Confidence to work independently, off own initiative.
