Location: Haywards Heath & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Start Dates
Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting teachers with lessons, activities, and daily classroom routines
* Supporting pupils one‑to‑one or in small groups
* Helping create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
* Supporting children with additional needs and adapting to different learning styles
* Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and participation
* Working closely with teachers and staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children (school or childcare experience is a bonus)
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
