The successful Project Manager will join a well-established and collaborative team delivering projects for both public and private sector clients. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager's role
The successful Project Manager will support and lead projects across multiple sectors from feasibility through to completion.
Responsibilities
* Managing projects through all RIBA stages
* Coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders
* Overseeing project reporting, programmes and budgets
* Managing risk, procurement and change control processes
* Supporting contract administration duties
* Leading client and project meetings
* Monitoring project performance and delivery milestones
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
The Project Manager
* Consultancy or client-side project management experience
* Experience across commercial, residential, education, heritage or logistics projects beneficial
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
* Excellent organisational and reporting abilities
* Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or similar
* Working towards or chartered with RICS, CIOB or APM preferred
