Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team and take a lead role in managing our lettings operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven, highly organised, and passionate about delivering an excellent service to tenants and landlords alike.
You will be responsible for overseeing the lettings process from start to finish, building strong client relationships, helping build a lettings company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Lettings Manager
* Strong knowledge of lettings processes, compliance, and legislation
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
* Proven track record of meeting targets and driving results
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the lettings process, from initial enquiry through to tenancy agreements
* Conducting property viewings and valuations
* Negotiating terms with tenants and landlords
* Ensuring compliance with all lettings legislation and regulations
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Supporting business growth through sign-ons and contract renewals
This role will include an attractive bonus structure (new sign-on fees & repeat contract fees)

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
