Job Description
Key Responsibilities
3. Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administration
4. Track project actions, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up
5. Chase outstanding tasks and updates with internal teams and external stakeholders
6. Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and status reports
7. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and circulate actions and summaries
8. Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
9. Ensure project data is up to date across systems and shared documents
10. Act as a central point of contact for project-related queries during working hours
The Successful Applicant
Skills & Experience
11. Proven experience in a project support, project coordination, or PMO role
12. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
13. Confident communicator, comfortable following up and chasing actions
14. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus
16. Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
