Office Manager required to work with an IT Consultancy. This is a permanent opportunity, paying £30,000 per annum, based in Glasgow 5 days per week. Summary: You will provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Operations and CEO, while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office functions. This is a pivotal role that combines executive administration with responsibility for maintaining and improving our ISO management systems. Main Responsibilities: Provide direct administrative support to the Director of Operations and CEO. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Oversee the smooth running of day-to-day office activities. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficiency. Maintain and monitor all ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 22301 as applicable). Ensure policies, procedures, and records are up-to-date and compliant. Recommend and implement improvements to office systems and processes. Support leadership with reporting and documentation for board/operational reviews. Essential Experience Required: Strong understanding of office administration and executive support functions. Knowledge of document management and reporting processes. Proven experience in an administrative or office management role. Managing multiple priorities and coordinating across teams. Desirable Experience Required: Awareness of ISO standards (e.g., 9001, 14001, 27001) and compliance frameworks. Experience in managing ISO systems or preparing for audits. Strong influencing skills to drive compliance and process adoption. Familiarity with SME environments and fast-paced business operations. Please apply should you meet the above criteria.
