NatWest Group is seeking a Variable Compensation Manager to lead the reward strategy and provide expertise on variable remuneration. The successful candidate will be responsible for stakeholder management and delivery of variable compensation products.

This remote-first role requires visits to the Edinburgh, London, or Manchester office two days per month. Candidates should have extensive knowledge in variable compensation and experience within the banking industry.
