Yard Supervisor
who's as passionate about great service as we are. You will be joining our new branch in Cardiff opening December 2025

Key Responsibilities
* Get to know our product lines so you can offer help and advice
* Ensure your team are set up for the day.
* Help to process and prepare customer orders - load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided)
* Work as a direct support the management team and act as a keyholder when needed
* Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products
* Maintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts
* Keep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health & Safety a priority
* Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement

Required Skills And Experience
* Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
* A positive team player who is a strong and inclusive leader
* A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a 'customer 1st' attitude
* Confident working both indoors and outdoors, with a strong focus on H&S
* Comfortable in a role involving extensive manual handling of bulky items
