Sales Accounts Administrator
Salary: £22,389 - £28,974 per annum (plus benefits)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week across three days

Role Overview
As a Sales Accounts Administrator, you will support the management team by ensuring invoices are processed promptly and enquiries are handled efficiently. While your primary focus will be on sales-related tasks, you will also provide valuable assistance across finance functions to support staff coverage during absences and peak periods.

Key Responsibilities
* Gather and verify driver details, ensuring they align with entries in Weighsoft
* Input transaction details from third-party weighbridges into the system
* Generate and distribute invoices and credit notes weekly and monthly using Weighsoft and NGI
* Review CSV files before processing invoice runs
* Export sales CSV files and coordinate with the Doncaster team for SAP import
* Monitor sales ledger balances and follow up on outstanding payments
* Collaborate with the Credit Control team to resolve queries related to council and large customers
