Were working with a well:established organisation based in Haywards Heath who are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team on a rolling temporary contract for up to 6 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced purchase ledger professional who can hit the ground running and support the team during a busy period.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing high:volume supplier invoices Matching, batching and coding invoices Supplier statement reconciliations Preparing and assisting with payment runs Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records Supporting month:end close processes
About You
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role Comfortable working in a fast:paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator Available immediately or at short notice
