As a Principal Technical Program Manager in EOP, you will lead complex, multi-functional technology programs that will impact experiences for multiple groups across the firm, including clients, employees, and stakeholders. You will break down business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable work, navigate ambiguity, and drive change while managing resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned to firm goals. Operate as Business Enablement & Transformation Lead / Chief of Staff, partnering closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
This role reports directly to the Head of EOP and is part of the EOP Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develops and execute strategic plans and transformation initiatives
2. Leads business enablement projects to optimize processes and improve service delivery
3. Oversees program and project management activities, including meetings, dashboards, and budget allocation
4. Lead multi‑team programs from strategy to launch across engineering, product, and operations
5. Translate complex technical initiatives into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes, managing dependencies, risks, and release orchestration
6. Tracks progress, manage risks, and resolve issues for successful outcomes
7. Coordinates culture and engagement initiatives such as townhalls and onboarding communications
8. Serves as a liaison between leadership, teams, and partner organizations
9. Facilitates effective communication and collaboration across teams
10. Implements best practices for governance, reporting, and performance measurement
11. Drives continuous improvement in operational processes and team effectiveness
12. Mentors and develop team members, fostering innovation and accountability
13. Prepares executive briefings, presentations, and decision support materials.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
14. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
15. Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
16. Proven ability to lead and influence through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments
17. Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
18. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving complex initiatives
19. Strategic thinker with a bias for action
20. Collaborative leader and effective communicator
21. Results-oriented, adaptable, and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications
22. Experience with Observability, service delivery, and vendor management is a plus
23. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
