* Salary up to£45,000 per annum
* Located in Purley, South London
* Deputy Manager will support staff,to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.

* Minimum Level3NVQ in Residential Childcare or Children & Young People's Workforce/Or equivalent(Essential)
* Previousexperience at Team Leader or Deputy Manager level withinChildrensResidential Home (Essential)
* Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
