We have an exciting and new opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join our busy and friendly payroll function in Milton Keynes.The ideal candidate will have extensive payroll experience (ideally CIPP qualified) with experience of working in a busy and large organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Manage the end to end processing of the payrollsManage Payroll team, lead, motivate and coachHMRC reconciliation and payment overFPS & EPS submission and reconciliationPension managementMonthly pension reconciliations and submitting contribution files to pension scheme providers.Ensuring adherence to GDPR and any breaches are escalated accordingly.Production and circulation of system reports and analytics within the agreed timeframes.Maintaining payroll procedures and implementing process change.Ensure high levels of confidentiality and integrity are always maintained.
