The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking two-form entry primary school in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping children's first experiences of education and laying the foundations for future success.
You will
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
* Create a stimulating, language-rich environment that supports exploration and discovery
* Use ongoing assessment to inform teaching and ensure excellent progress for all pupils
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers
* Work collaboratively with the parallel class teacher and wider EYFS team
* Contribute to the wider life of the school
What We're Looking For
* Holds QTS
* Has a passion for Early Years education and child development
* Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
* Is creative, energetic, and inspiring in their teaching approach
* Is reflective and committed to continuous professional development
* Builds positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
* Applications are welcome from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers. A full induction and mentoring programme is available for ECTs.
