The role…
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and highly professional Food & Beverage Manager to lead and inspire our restaurant and bar teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a high-quality environment and is ready to take ownership of a key department.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
* Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar
* Inspire, train and develop your team to deliver exceptional service
* Drive revenue performance while maintaining strong cost control
* Work closely with senior leadership to continually elevate the guest experience
You will bring:
* Proven management experience within a quality-led hotel, restaurant or bar
* Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for excellence
* Energy, ambition, and a hands-on leadership style
* A drive to push standards and take the business to the next level
