Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Northampton.
The Role
* Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
* Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
* Assist with website updates, blogs, and newsletters
* Help organise events, promotions, and other marketing activities
* Monitor and report on campaign performance
* Conduct competitor and market research
* Collaborate with external partners and suppliers
The Ideal Candidate
* Proactive, creative individual with great attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using social media for business
* Some prior marketing experience (internship, placement, or entry-level role)
* Bonus points if youve used Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Google Analytics
