Purpose of the role:
To lead and manage the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) function across all Terberg DTS and Terberg MPM Operations. The role ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards, while promoting a proactive culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, with necessary and relevant TSV and RTG Group interaction where required.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ policies, procedures, and systems in line with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
2. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring readiness for accreditation and compliance inspections.
