Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility
The ATM Client Software Product Analyst at NCR Atleos is an entry-level Product Management role. As a Product Analyst, you will support Product Managers overseeing the lifecycle of software products related to ATM operations, from conception to launch and beyond. Your responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. The ATM Software Product Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and products are delivered on time and within budget.
As a Product Analyst for a global leader in the ATM industry, you will develop an understanding of diverse global financial institution requirements and work with NCR Atleos teams worldwide to deliver global ATM solutions.
NCR Atleos develops software using a Scaled Agile methodology. The Product Analyst collaborates with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and other engineering roles to refine requirements and provide customer insights to inform product design and development.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields (business, management, economics, statistics, information science, etc.).
* Interest or qualification in software development.
* Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Strong numeracy skills.
* Excellent listening, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a public-facing role.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience analyzing data with Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to create PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex concepts.
* Time management and prioritization skills.
* Familiarity with Agile Software Development principles.
* Leadership experience.
* Financial numeracy skills.
